The Training & Placement Division has arranged for the Career Development / Personality Development programmes for the benefit of the students. The course is geared towards realizing the following objectives:-
To reiterate the fundamentals of verbal and quantitative ability and in sharpening their communication skills..
To develop competence and flair in applying theory to practical problems.
To train and enable the students in handling test situation through simulated practice test.
To enable the students to master the skill of presentations and opinion formation at the end of the course and also help them in improving their general and technical awareness.
To train the students on Group Discussion and Personal Interview techniques.
