Department of Sanskrit and Indian Culture
|
With its unique
emphasis on classical Sanskrit & contemporary technology, the University
houses a Sanskrit Department which offers B.Sc (Sanskrit & Computer
Science) and M.A. (Sanskrit) Courses with specialization in Nyaya,
Vyakarana and Sahitya in the regular stream. Certificate –level
correspondence courses are also offered. More than 25 doctoral degrees
have been awarded by the department and a large number of researchers
are pursuing their doctoral research programmes through the department.
