INSTRUCTIONS TO GRADUATES

  1. The Candidates are requested to Report at the Registration Counter between 7.30 a.m. and 9.00 a.m.

  2. Candidates should bring intimation card, failing which the candidate will not be permitted to enter the hall.

  3. Candidates must occupy their allotted seats from 9.15 A.M. to 9.45 A.M.

  4. Under no circumstances will the late comers be permitted in the hall due to security concerns.

  5. The Ph.D and M.Phil., Candidates and the prize winners will receive the certificates and prizes on the dais. Others will receive the certificates in their respective seats.

  6. All are requested to rise in their seats when the procession enters the hall. All can resume their seats only after the members of the procession have taken their seats.

  7. All the candidates should rise for conferment of degree and keep standing when the pledge is administered.

  8. At the close of convocation, all should remain standing when the National Anthem is played and the procession leaves.

  9. Usage of Cellular Phone / Camera is strictly prohibited inside the convocation hall.

  10. Free Bus facility will be available from Bus Stand, Sankara Mutt and Pookkadai, every half an hour from 6.30 a.m to 8.30 a.m. on 28.03.2010

  11. Graduates should register online on the University website on or before 22nd March 2010
